Rad/Comm has several sizes of radiation detector assemblies to address all the possible applications associated with vehicle monitoring. Basically there are two families, the RC2000 and the RC4000. Within each family, there are different sizes of radiation detector assemblies. The differences between the systems are the area coverage and the number of PMTs.

For vehicles going from a small car to big trucks the system can vary between the 34L system and the 138L system. For railways the system can vary between 138L and 339L.
